DUPR integration

DUPR API will be used to show player ratings directly on the mobile app. Users must add their Player ID in their profile to view the rating. This feature will be confirmed during prototype development.

Membership Management

Player can view membership status. Do Renewal / Register New membership. Late renewal will alert user and admin. Booking and payment history per user

Events & Programs

Browse upcoming events, tournament, group lessons, open plays , Register and pay (if applicable) , View registered events , Event details and schedule.

Feedback & Ratings

Submit court/event feedback (for completed games only) / Not public view.

Group chats

Player can Create Group chat and invite other friends. This group have to approve by Admin.

Add friends / Players

All registered player can add friends and view other player profile. Player also can disable add friends request.

Player matchmaking

Player can request Pickelball Match based on User profile Data ( Similar Skill Level) . by Date / Time & Direct Message . User Also can search for Court availability.

Players Gallery

Player can Post 6-10 Pickelball games activities in User Gallery and share it with Friends & Other players.

Notification & Message

Receive important News, Alert , Message direct from Management.

QR Attendance

Students / Player can use QR code to scan for attendance record. Instructors can Monitor and alert student for upcoming class

Instructor Profile

Instructor profile panel. Users can search and check availability and request for Constant (Direct Live Message)

Payment Gateway

Any Malaysia-based payment gateway can be integrated. The client is responsible for registering a payment gateway account and providing developer access. A sandbox account will be required for development and payment gateway testing.

Maintenance & Source codes Ownership

Reconshield is responsible for ongoing app maintenance, including bug fixes and version updates required by Google Play and the Apple App Store. Any additional feature requests beyond the agreed prototype will be chargeable based on the specific requirements.

Reconshield is not responsible for any mismanagement of files or backup issues on third-party hosting. However, if the server is hosted with Reconshield, we will manage and maintain all backups.

All source files for the mobile app and backend will be handed over to the client within 7 working days upon project completion.
