By using the services provided by Reconshield Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Company Information
Reconshield Network is a registered company in Malaysia with the following SSM number: 201403313218 (JM0708165-D). Our current mailing address for all client communication is:

Service Suspension and Account Termination.
– Clients are required to renew their hosting or any other services before the expiration date. Failure to renew will result in service suspension and eventual termination of the account.
– Services suspended due to non-renewal may result in the permanent deletion of your data.
Renewal Notifications
– All renewal notifications will be sent to clients via the provided email address and WhatsApp contact. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is up to date.
Legal Rights and Service Deactivation
– Clients do not have the right to take any legal action regarding account activation, suspension, or deactivation. Reconshield Network reserves the exclusive right to manage client accounts as per company policy.
Pricing Adjustments
– All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The company reserves the right to modify prices based on market conditions and other influencing factors.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
– These terms and conditions may be amended or updated at any time without prior notice. It is the client’s responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any changes.
Unlimited Web Hosting Packages
– While Reconshield Network offers unlimited web hosting packages, this does not entitle the client to overuse or abuse server resources. Accounts found to be overloading server capacity may be suspended without prior notice.
Prohibited Activities
– Any illegal activities conducted via our hosting services, including but not limited to spamming, gambling, or any other activities illegal under Malaysian law, will result in immediate suspension of services.
No Refund Policy
– Reconshield Network operates a strict no-refund policy. Payments made for services, including but not limited to hosting and development, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Order Cancellation and Additional Costs
– Reconshield Network reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. In cases of order cancellation, clients are required to cover any developer or designer costs incurred up to that point.
Content Responsibility and Copyright Violations
– Clients are solely responsible for the content hosted on their websites. Any violation of copyright laws or other legal issues concerning content is the full responsibility of the client.
